Business and delivery conditions

Delivery
All deliveries are made directly from our warehouse. Only on special request delivery and order confirmations are sent. Any delivery arrears will be re-delivered immediately after receipt of the goods free of charge.

Prices
All prices are quoted from our warehouse in Neukirch. The prices are without VAT. Price changes reserved. Minimum order quantity is 10 pieces.

Sales Products (VP)
These products are intended for resale, ask for your terms. Sales prices are recommended retail prices.

terms of payment
Prepayment without discount deductions. Unjustified deductions will be charged. For deliveries to unknown new customers as well as customers who do not comply with our terms of payment, we reserve the right to deliver by cash on delivery in exceptional cases.
Expired invoices are debited from the due date with a default interest of at least 6%. The payment of default interest does not abrogate the contractual payment obligation.

Retention of title
The goods delivered by us remain our property until full payment.

complaints
Complaints must be reported in writing or by telephone within 4 days after receipt of the goods. Returned goods without agreement can not be accepted.

warranty
Excluded from the guarantee are damages due to improper handling, natural wear, force majeure and repair by unauthorized third parties. The guarantee applies exclusively to defective materials.

jurisdiction
Our business is based exclusively on Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Bischofszell.
